  • Practicing Brazilian Jiujitsu, yoga, and weights.

  • Eating kale, spinach, salmon, brown rice, sun dried tomatoes, and eggs. 
  • Spending time with my beautiful wife. 
  • Reading Tribe of Mentors by Tim Ferriss, Manhood by Terry Crews, and Discipline is Freedom by Jocko. 
  • Daily 4 minute peaceful warrior workouts
